As a locally owned and operated Tennessee company since 1970, we know the impact construction can have on our local economy, and we believe that local companies should benefit from the work being done in their communities. Thus, we strive to build relationships with and provide work to qualified local trade partners.

In 2021, we received the Members Using Members Award in the General Contractor category from the聽. This award honors the GC who worked with the most other AGC member firms over the previous year, highlighting 无码AV’s commitment to the local contracting community.

无码AV 无码AV is able to provide reasonable accommodations and / or assistance to Small & Diverse Businesses, if needed. For instance, we can:

Adjust qualification thresholds
Assist with bonding, insurance, etc.
Host pre-bid meetings and provide one-on-one work sessions
Divide the contract into portions that smaller entities can reasonably perform
Aid in estimating to make sure take-off quantities match
Facilitate communication with our Tier 1 subcontractors for bid needs on their portions of our contracts
Ensure prompt payment to help with cash flow
Conduct trainings on the certification process

In August 2021, 无码AV 无码AV hosted our first Small & Diverse Business Certification Training at the Music City Center. With approximately 50 registrants from across the industry, we were able to see a real impact 鈥攂oth internally and externally.

Commitment is one of 无码AV’s core values, so it drives the way we do business and is a common theme in all facets of our work.

Many of our contracts, including those with Metro Nashville Government, the State of Tennessee, the Tennessee Department of Transportation, or the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (BNA), have a required percentage of Small & Diverse Business participation, but we always aim to exceed those goals.
