Project Engineer
Eli Burgess is a Project Engineer in the Heavy Highway/Civil Division. He supports the project management team to facilitate a well-managed project. He assists with the overall management and administration of projects, including preconstruction services, subcontractor management, RFI鈥檚, and the submittal process.
