Rebecca Ozols serves as the Vice President of Growth & Strategy and is the first female Owner of ÎÞÂëAV ÎÞÂëAV. She leads the business development and marketing functions and works across the organization to drive growth and strengthen ÎÞÂëAV’s position in the industry. Rebecca collaborates with the executive team to develop key relationships and advance strategic priorities in the market. She is dedicated to building ÎÞÂëAV’s brand as the leading construction company in Tennessee and the Southeast.
